Helping To Establish Rochester's Next Generation of Professional Leaders
Todd Bullard is now the first African American full partner at Harris Beach (Rochester) second African American partner in an majority firm in Rochester’s history and second in over 20 years. As RBBA president, I was very influential in making this happen.
T. Andrew Brown will be the first African American president in the history of the Monroe County Bar Association.
LaMarr Jackson wins and becomes the first African American woman to receive the Republican Town nomination for Town Justice.
Call to Action issued to members of the legal community.
RBBA signed on to the Torres Amicus Brief changing the Supreme Court Judge Election process (I made the call).

Worked with the MCBA and other civil legal services on the Telesca Center for Justice and MCLAC Reentry Project.
Worked to bring additional dollars to Rochester - South Avenue Garage.
Worked as the liaison between Assemblyman Gantt’s office and constituent groups including: Montgomery Center, Baden Street, CONEA, NEBCA, Group 14621, and Jordan Health Center.
Reviewed legislation, budgets, group funding and other legal documents on Assemblyman Gantt’s behalf.
Student Union Activism
Organized student protest over the way student union dollars were being spent.
Elected as third year class representative because of my stance against wasted dollars.
Worked with school officials to permanently change the graduation site of law school students.
